Evil Dragon is the new organization of a gang of devels and their new base was in progress to be established with the hope from there to realize their ambition of conquest of the world. Provided any one who found their plot should be killed. One night, when the devels were going to kill a man, CHEN, Ying-chieh saw their violence. However, CHEN seemed lucky and escaped. But after that, CHEN's parents and sister were killed by the devels which made CHEN angry and swear that he should extinguish this gang devels.

The Five of Super Riders

The G.O.D Organization carried out a water-cutting plan in Hong Kong. They want to make Hong Kong people die of thirst without drinking water. Luckily, the famous scientist Dr. Qian Guo-Dong knew and try to stopped them. Dr. Qian transforming his only son, Qian Da-Long into Super Rider X, and instructed him to unite with the other Super Riders to destroy the G.O.D Organization.

So he decides to give his work to 2 young students of his and build a new elite troop team - The Infras! There are plenty ugly creatures, minions of a greater boss who terrorize people. The two students with the help of Dr. Chien master super powers in order to prevent evil forces from destroying the earth!
